Return & Exchange Policy

I am fully committed to our customer's satisfaction and want you to enjoy my products truly. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please get in touch via the contact form. I will accept returns on a case by case basis within 30 days of receipt of purchase. I reserve the right to decline the return request if there is not just cause. 



Please make sure your shipping address is correct, and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned that your package may be lost or stolen, please contact me before placing your order. We will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.


The system notifies us when a potentially fraudulent purchase has been made. If the purchase is considered to be potentially fraudulent, the buyer will be contacted immediately and may be required to confirm identity. I am not able to ship until confirming the purchase with the customer. I apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause; however, this policy is in place to protect you.


If you receive a product from me, that appears to be damaged or defective, contact me immediately at I will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged products are required.
